退款政策

30-day guarantee. If something is wrong with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery at iddaxian@gmail.com and we will make it right.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Send us a photo of the item and the packaging. We will issue a full refund or ship a replacement — your choice. You do not need to send the item back. Returning a $12 pair of socks to China costs more than the socks, so we do not ask you to.

Changed your mind

Because of hygiene rules, opened hosiery, underwear and lingerie cannot be resold and cannot be returned once the sealed packaging is opened. Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a refund of the item price; the original shipping cost is not refunded and return postage is your responsibility. Email us first — do not ship anything back without a return authorisation, or we cannot process it.

Order not arrived

If tracking shows no movement for 30 days, contact us. We will reship or refund in full. See our Shipping Policy for delivery windows.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days. Depending on your bank, the money may take 5–10 business days to appear. Shipping charges are refunded only when the fault is ours.

Cancellations

We pick and pack fast. Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will cancel if the parcel has not shipped. After dispatch, the return rules above apply.
