We answer Monday to Saturday, 9:00–18:00 China Standard Time. Messages that arrive overnight are answered the next working day.

Where we ship from

Every order leaves our warehouse in Yiwu, Zhejiang, China. We do not run a retail counter or showroom — orders are placed online and shipped direct, which is what keeps the prices where they are.

Returns are handled by email rather than by post. If something arrives faulty we refund or reship without asking you to send it back — postage to China usually costs more than the item, so making you pay it would be pointless.
