Modbling ships worldwide from our warehouse in China. Every order leaves with a tracking number, emailed to you the moment it is dispatched.
Processing time
Orders are packed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are processed on the next business day. Peak periods (Black Friday, Valentine's Day) may add 1–2 days.
Delivery estimates
These are transit times after dispatch, not including processing:
- United States — 7–15 business days (standard tracked)
- Mexico — 12–25 business days (standard tracked)
- Rest of world — 15–30 business days
These are estimates from our carrier, not guarantees. Customs inspection can add time, and we cannot control that.
Shipping rates
Rates are calculated at checkout by destination and parcel weight. Orders over the free-shipping threshold shown in the cart ship free.
Tracking
Tracking often shows no movement for the first 3–5 days while the parcel clears export handling. That is normal. If tracking has not updated for 30 days, email us and we will reship or refund.
Customs, duties and taxes
Import duties, VAT and customs fees are set by your country and are the buyer's responsibility. We declare parcels accurately and cannot mark orders as gifts or understate value. Refused parcels that are returned to us are refunded minus the outbound shipping cost.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your address at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has left the warehouse. If a parcel is returned as undeliverable because of an incorrect address, we will refund the item price minus shipping.
