How long does delivery take?
1–3 business days to pack, then 7–15 business days to the US and 12–25 to Mexico. Every order ships with tracking. Full detail in our Shipping Policy.
Why is it cheap if it ships from China?
Because we skip the importer, the distributor and the retail markup. The trade-off is transit time, which we tell you up front rather than hide behind a fake "3-day shipping" badge.
Do I pay customs or duties?
Possibly. Duties and taxes are set by your country and are the buyer's responsibility. Most single orders of socks and hosiery fall under the US de minimis threshold and arrive without a fee, but we cannot guarantee it.
What if the size is wrong?
Email us. If we sent the wrong size, we reship free. If you ordered the wrong size, we will work something out — usually a discount on the correct one. Opened intimate garments cannot be resold, so we cannot take them back.
Something arrived damaged. What now?
Send a photo to iddaxian@gmail.com. We refund or reship, and you do not need to post anything back to China.
How do I wash them?
Hand wash cold or use a lingerie bag on a delicate cycle. No tumble dryer — heat is what kills elastic. Hang or lay flat to dry.
Do you ship to Russia?
Not through standard checkout at the moment. Email us before ordering and we will arrange payment manually.
